Teen Son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Arrested on Sexual Assault Charges
Police have detained Kroy Biermann Jr., the teenage son of reality TV personalities Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, on allegations of aggravated sodomy and sexual battery involving a classmate.
Police in Georgia have taken Kroy Biermann Jr., the 16-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, into custody on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. The alleged victim, a female classmate, reported that the incident occurred in a gym changing area on April 23, 2026, after the two were invited to a co-ed sauna.
According to court documents, the girl said she told the boy to stop when he became physically intimate, but he continued and forced oral contact, followed by digital penetration. The victim was examined at North Fulton Hospital on April 24, and the medical report indicated no male DNA was found in her mouth or vagina.
"The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged," Kim Zolciak said in a statement to media.
Police officers attempted to reach Kroy Biermann Sr. in mid-May; he confirmed he would discuss the matter with his wife. Kroy Jr. was arrested on August 17 and remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.
