Kim Zolciak Visits Son Kroy Biermann Jr. After His Arrest
Reality TV star Kim Zolciak has made several in-person visits to her son, Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., who is being held on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
Kim Zolciak has visited her son, Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., multiple times since his arrest on August 17. The visits, including a recent one with her daughter Brielle Biermann, occurred while KJ remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.
According to court documents, a teenage female classmate accused KJ of forcing oral contact and digitally penetrating her. The alleged victim was examined at a hospital, where doctors reported no male DNA was found.
"KJ categorically denies any involvement and has voluntarily taken a polygraph exam," Zolciak said, adding that police records show the absence of male DNA.
Zolciak also suggested the accuser has made similar claims against two other individuals, a statement that has not been independently verified. She warned that false accusations can have "devastating consequences" and expressed confidence that her son would be cleared if the case proceeds to trial.
