Bomb threats disrupt multiple European flights and a cruise ship
A series of bomb threats targeting at least seven flights and a cruise ship prompted inspections and diversions at several European airports, but no explosives were found. Earlier reports said airlines including LOT, Scandinavian Airlines, Wizz Air, Ryanair and others diverted or performed emergency landings after receiving similar threats, and police bomb-disposal units conducted security sweeps at airports such as Dublin, Lisbon, Rome, London Heathrow and Copenhagen. No injuries were reported and all aircraft were cleared after thorough checks.
