Ontario ministry bars Academy of Learning campuses over IP-address OSAP fraud
Ontario's student-aid ministry filed a court application that bars three Academy of Learning Career College campuses in the Greater Toronto Area from receiving OSAP funding, after it said more than half of the 2025-26 applications were submitted from a single IP address. The ministry had earlier claimed that the majority of OSAP applications from the three campuses originated from one IP address, prompting it to remove the schools from the program and launch a broader investigation.
