El 31 de octubre, un conductor de 30 años fue acusado de nueve delitos, entre ellos conducción peligrosa que causó la muerte, por un atropello en Tampines que dejó muertos a un motociclista de 24 años y a su esposa embarazada el 27 de octubre. Según la policía, unos días antes un conductor de 43 años que evadió un control en Marina Bay fue acusado de seis delitos tras colisionar con un coche patrulla y otro vehículo. La misma autoridad informó que el conductor de un Audi dado de baja y su acompañante fueron detenidos después de huir del accidente en Tampines y enfrentarán cargos adicionales.
