7NEWS reported on 28 October that 19-year-old Vana-Reise Schuster-Togiatau remained in critical condition after being shot in a drive-by attack at a boxing night held at Fitzy’s Loganholme pub in Queensland. Police continued their investigation and a community fundraiser was launched. The shooting occurred on 22 October outside the same venue, injuring four people, including the teenager, according to Brisbane Times.
