The award-winning documentary NAZA premiered in New York on September 26, 2026, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials said they were considering revoking the Israeli citizenship of its directors. The film, which debuted at the New York Film Festival, includes interviews with Israeli military and intelligence officers and alleges that AI-generated target lists contributed to civilian casualties in Gaza.

The Guardian and French distributor MK2 announced plans to release the documentary in theatres worldwide from late September, with a free online version to follow. Earlier, after a Manhattan preview, Israeli leaders had already signaled the possibility of stripping the filmmakers of citizenship.
