SeatGeek Integrates with ChatGPT for Ticket Purchases

SeatGeek has integrated its ticketing platform with ChatGPT, enabling users to search for and purchase event tickets through conversational AI. This integration allows fans to inquire about events using natural language, such as requesting "the cheapest seats at an upcoming game" or "family-friendly options for a weekend show." The app provides real-time inventory from SeatGeek's marketplace, including both primary and resale tickets, and directs users to SeatGeek's website to complete transactions.

Russ D'Souza, Co-Founder and President of Supply at SeatGeek, stated, "Fans no longer start their journey in one place—they're asking questions across AI assistants, new search experiences, and tools that can act on their behalf. Our focus is making sure our events surface wherever fans are asking about them, and that when they do, our partners' tickets are front and center in the best possible buying experience."

The integration also offers features such as Deal Score ratings, view-from-seat imagery, and seat perks data to assist users in making informed decisions. This development follows SeatGeek's recent integrations with Google's agent-based AI search experience in December 2025 and Spotify in February 2026, reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing event discovery through AI technologies.
