Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang has identified humanoid robots as a significant future industry. Last month, Nvidia introduced AEON, a humanoid robot developed in collaboration with Hexagon.
Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang recently highlighted humanoid robots as a significant area of focus for the company. In the previous month, Nvidia introduced AEON, a humanoid robot developed in partnership with Swedish industrial technology firm Hexagon. This project represents a combination of hardware and software designed for practical use.
Robotics Industry Outlook
At the VivaTech conference in Paris, Huang stated that robotics could become one of the largest industries. Market forecasts indicate that Nvidia’s robotics and automotive division could increase from $1.7 billion in Fiscal 2024 to $7.55 billion by the early 2030s. If AEON or similar products achieve commercial success, these projections may be exceeded. Nvidia’s market capitalization is currently near $3.9 trillion, and the integration of robotics with AI and data center technologies may further impact its valuation.
Recent Stock Performance
Earlier this year, Nvidia’s stock experienced volatility due to U.S. restrictions on chip exports to China.
