Anthony Lim slated to succeed Peter Seah as DBS chairman
Anthony Lim, a former senior executive at GIC and current independent director, is set to succeed Peter Seah as chairman of DBS Group in Singapore on Jan. 1, after Seah steps down at the end of the year.
The appointment follows DBS Group's report of a 5% decline in third-quarter net profit to S$2. 81 billion, with the bank saying it is weighing the launch of a prime brokerage unit to drive growth in Asian institutional equities.
