Skydance TV unveils new leadership structure and executive exits
Skydance TV co-chair JB Perrette announced on 29 October that the company had reorganized into distinct TV and direct-to-consumer divisions, introduced several new senior appointments and confirmed the departure of multiple longtime executives. The restructuring followed earlier announcements that detailed broader leadership changes. On 28 October, co-chair JB Perrette and chief content officer disclosed a new senior team for Skydance TV’s studios, sports, entertainment and news units, while chief George Cheeks emphasized collaboration and growth in the same lineup.
At the same time, CFO Dennis Cinelli outlined a finance leadership structure for the merged Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery company, specifying reporting lines and integration goals. Skydance Sports also reported executive departures and fresh appointments as it merged CBS Sports and TNT Sports, later naming Jeff Gerttula and Craig Barry to senior roles in the Global Sports Group.
