DOJ to unveil data on over 400 noncitizen voter registrations in Washington
The U. S.
Department of Justice says it will present data on October 31, 2026 in Seattle showing that more than 400 noncitizens are registered to vote in Washington state and that about 1,500 ballots were cast by those individuals. The department had earlier asked Washington to set aside any ballots cast by the suspected noncitizen voters pending verification, and it announced a press conference in Seattle to disclose the findings.
