According to PC Guide, the New York Times released its November 2 2026 Strands puzzle, number 974, featuring a “High and Mighty” theme, a two-word 11-letter spangram and seven related words, in New York. The newspaper has been publishing daily Strands word-search puzzles, such as the October 26 edition with a “Please, be my guest!

” hospitality theme, the October 27 “Who you gonna call? ” puzzle, the October 29 “Double, double toil and trouble” puzzle, and the October 30 “All charged up” puzzle, each accompanied by a spangram and a set of clue words.
