Texas Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian said in Austin that quarterback Arch Manning must improve ahead of the team's upcoming game against Ole Miss. After a 27-24 loss to Florida, Sarkisian confirmed Manning would stay the starter while backup KJ Lacey Jr.
