Milo Yiannopoulos deported after ICE detention, calls it terrifying
Milo Yiannopoulos told The Guardian that his deportation on 28 August left him terrified and ashamed of his earlier support for President Donald Trump. White House immigration coordinator Tom Homan said the swift removal followed standard procedure and denied any preferential treatment. Earlier, he was taken into custody by U. S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement at a Louisiana airport after missing an immigration hearing, according to the BBC. He was then held in an ICE facility in Louisiana while a final removal order was processed, CBS News reported. An immigration judge later ordered his removal for overstaying his visa, and he was deported to the United Kingdom, NPR noted.
