Kim Zolciak Says 15-Year-Old Son Denies Sexual Assault Allegations and Passed Polygraph
Reality TV star Kim Zolciak stated that her son, Kroy Biermann Jr., denies charges of aggravated sodomy and sexual battery and that a polygraph test and DNA analysis found no evidence linking him to the alleged assault.
Reality television personality Kim Zolciak issued a statement on August 21 denying that her 15-year-old son, Kroy Biermann Jr., committed the alleged sexual assault. She said the teenager "categorically denies the claims" and emphasized that the investigation should be based on evidence. Court documents indicate Biermann Jr. was arrested on August 17 and faces charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery related to an incident reported to have occurred on April 23 near a school gym. Zolciak added that her son passed a polygraph examination and that forensic testing did not detect his DNA in the complainant's oral or genital samples. Police records corroborate that no male DNA was found. As of the latest reports, the teenager remained in custody.
"He categorically denies the claims," Zolciak said in her response to In Touch. The case continues to be handled by law enforcement and the courts.
