Earlier, Fox News published leaked messages in which Fauci and senior health officials debated the possibility of fever after a second dose and its hypothetical impact on early pregnancy. The outlet later noted that Senator Johnson claimed the texts revealed Fauci privately voiced concerns that differed from his public statements that no safety signals had been observed among vaccinated pregnant women.
