Utah Judge Begins Probable-Cause Hearing in Charlie Kirk Murder Case
A Utah judge began a probable-cause hearing to decide if the case against Tyler Robinson can proceed to trial for the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The hearing was scheduled as a week-long preliminary proceeding that will examine DNA and rifle evidence, Fox News reported. The judge’s opening of the hearing came as the state sought the death penalty in the case.
