Kim Scott, Eminem's ex-wife, hospitalized after fainting at Michigan home

Resumen

Kim Scott was taken to a Michigan hospital on Saturday after fainting and experiencing heavy bleeding, authorities said.

Kim Scott, the former spouse of rapper Marshall Mathers, was transported to McLaren Macomb Hospital on Saturday evening after paramedics responded to a report of a fainting episode and significant bleeding at her Chesterfield, Michigan residence. A fire and EMS report obtained by media outlets indicated that she suffered a hemorrhage or laceration that caused uncontrolled bleeding around 8 p.m. Local video showed her being moved on a gurney while appearing unconscious. Her current medical condition has not been disclosed.

The incident follows a series of recent legal issues for Scott, including a May 14 DUI arrest in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, where officers said she struck a parked vehicle and recorded a blood alcohol level of .204%, well above the state limit. She was booked at Macomb County Jail and later faced a warrant for missing a court appearance, which was subsequently dismissed.

Scott and Mathers were married from 1999 to 2001 and briefly remarried in 2006 before divorcing again. They share three children—Hailie Jade, Alaina and Stevie—while Scott also has a son, Parker, from a later relationship.
