Kim Scott transported to hospital after emergency call in Michigan
Paramedics removed Kim Scott, Eminem's ex-wife, from her Chesterfield home following an 8 p.m. emergency call reporting unconsciousness, and she was taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital.
Paramedics responded to a call at about 8 p.m. on Saturday in Chesterfield, Michigan, reporting a person who was unconscious or fainting. Chesterfield Fire/EMS records list the incident as a hemorrhage or laceration and note that both EMS personnel and Chesterfield police attended the scene. Video and photos obtained by media show first responders wheeling Kim Scott, the former spouse of rapper Eminem, onto a gurney and loading her into an ambulance. She was subsequently transported to McLaren Macomb Hospital for medical care; her current condition has not been disclosed. The Chesterfield police department confirmed that officers responded to the residence.
"The call indicated an unconscious individual with possible hemorrhage, and EMS was dispatched accordingly," a spokesperson for Chesterfield Fire/EMS said. Earlier this year, Scott faced legal issues, including an arrest for suspected driving while intoxicated in May and temporary bench warrants in June that were later cleared.
