Samsung has announced that its Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco. The event is anticipated to showcase the Galaxy S26 series, including the flagship S26 Ultra, as well as the S26 and S26+ models.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, offering enhanced performance and AI capabilities. The device may also include a 200MP primary camera, improved telephoto and ultra-wide sensors, and a 50MP zoom lens for sharper long-distance shots.
Samsung plans to integrate advanced AI features into the S26 Ultra, potentially introducing smarter photo editing, improved voice commands, and real-time productivity tools. The device is also expected to support 60W wired charging, providing faster charging times compared to previous models.
Pre-orders for the Galaxy S26 Ultra are likely to begin shortly after the Unpacked event, with retail availability expected in early March across major markets, including the US, India, and Europe. Samsung is offering early reservation incentives, such as a $30 pre-order credit and a chance to win a $5,000 gift card.
