Travis Kelce Says His Nieces Initially Called Taylor Swift by Her Full Name
On his podcast, Travis Kelce explained that his brother's daughters first referred to Taylor Swift as "Taylor Swift" before becoming comfortable calling her "Aunt Tay Tay".
In a recent episode of the "New Heights" podcast, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce recounted how his brother Jason's young daughters addressed Taylor Swift when they first met the singer. Kelce said the girls initially called her by her full name, "Taylor Swift," and had to be reassured that they could use a more familiar nickname.
"It was definitely ‘Tom Cruise’ for the first two times, but then him coming to the game and us having a sit-down, that’s my guy, Tom," Kelke said, drawing a parallel to his own experience meeting the actor.
Kelce added that the family eventually grew close to Swift, who married him on July 3, and that the children—Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 1—served as flower girls at the Madison Square Garden celebration following the wedding.
