Travis Kelce Describes Early-Morning Call From Brother Jason During Workout
Travis Kelke recounted a 7:30 a.m. phone call from his brother Jason that led him to rush to the Kelce home, only to find the situation was a minor workout request, not an emergency.
Travis Kelce said he received a phone call from his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, at 7:30 a.m. while the latter was exercising at the Kelce residence in Kansas City. The tight end said he initially feared a serious injury, imagining that Jason might have hurt his knee during the workout.
When Travis arrived, he found that Jason simply needed a spot for his weight-lifting routine. "I’m walking out of the room, and Taylor’s like, ‘This is messed up,’" Travis recalled, noting that his wife, singer Taylor Swift, made a light-hearted comment as the brothers laughed.
The incident was discussed on the latest episode of the Kelce brothers' podcast, New Heights, released on Oct. 21. Travis also mentioned that Swift has embraced her role as aunt to Jason’s four daughters, who affectionately call her "Taylor" during family interactions.
The episode highlighted the close family ties and the humorous dynamic between the brothers and Swift, who married Travis in July.
