When Do July 4th Sales Take Place This Year?

Fourth of July sales began a few days before the holiday and typically continue for several days afterward. Amazon's next Prime Day is scheduled for July 8 to 11, which may overlap with these sales.

Where Are the Best July 4th Sales?

Fourth of July sales often include discounts on technology, appliances, mattresses, and fashion. Many retailers participate, and sales may extend beyond July 4 and through the weekend. Walmart is a major retailer offering a wide range of products during this period.

Other retailers with notable sales include Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, and Target. Many of these sales are ongoing.

Should I Shop July 4th Sales or Wait for Competing Prime Day Deals at Walmart?

It is not possible to determine in advance whether Fourth of July sales or Prime Day deals will offer better prices. Both events feature significant discounts. Walmart has announced a sale from July 8 to 13, overlapping with Prime Day.

Fourth of July sales include a variety of retailers, while Prime Day is specific to Amazon. Many non-Amazon retailers will continue their sales through mid-July, often matching Amazon's prices. Customers can purchase during Fourth of July sales and monitor Prime Day for additional deals.
