Met Office expands yellow fog warning to most of the UK
The Met Office on 8 November issued a yellow fog warning covering much of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, warning that dense fog could disrupt travel, the agency said. The warning followed earlier alerts on 7 November, when the Met Office warned of dense fog in the West Midlands, forecasting conditions from midnight to 10 a. m.
, according to Birmingham Live, and a similar yellow warning for Swindon, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, the Swindon Advertiser reported.
