Trump named Stephen Miller chief of staff, succeeding Susie Wiles
President Donald Trump announced that deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller will assume the role of White House chief of staff, succeeding Susie Wiles, who is moving to a political operation, on 6 November. Earlier, CNBC reported that Trump had named Miller to replace Wiles amid post-midterm turnover. The BBC, however, said Miller would take over replacing former chief of staff Kayleigh McEnany.
