Model and Actress Kimmarie Johnson Dies at 50

Resumen

Kimmarie Johnson, known for her modeling work and roles in "Dude, Where’s My Car?" and "Beverly Hills, 90210," died on November 4 at age 50 after a cardiac emergency.

Kimmarie Johnson died on Wednesday, November 4, at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles following a cardiac emergency the previous week, according to her niece Rhonda Scott. The 50-year-old was determined to have suffered a heart aneurysm.

Born on April 8, 1976, in Pittsburgh, Johnson worked as a flight attendant after college before winning the Miss Pennsylvania USA pageant in 1992 and placing in the top five at Miss USA the following year. After moving to Los Angeles in the mid-1990s, she continued modeling and appeared in an episode of "Beverly Hills, 90210" in 1998.

She later had a small role in the 2000 comedy "Dude, Where’s My Car?" as one of five aliens disguised as "jumpsuit chicks," and appeared in an episode of the TV series "V.I.P." the same year. Johnson reduced her acting work after the birth of her son Cameron Nino in 2003, though she made occasional appearances in projects such as "Wanda at Large," the comedy "Spanish Fly," and the 2017 series "Tucker’s War," which is her final credit.

In 2011, Johnson launched a skincare line called SkinGlow by Kimmarie. She is survived by her son and her niece.
