Reality star Jennifer Affleck files for divorce while pregnant with fourth child
Jennifer Affleck, known from the Hulu series "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," has filed for divorce from husband Zac Affleck after seven years of marriage; she is currently expecting their fourth child.
Jennifer Affleck, a 27-year-old reality-TV personality and influencer, filed for divorce in the Fourth Judicial District Court in Provo, Utah, according to court documents obtained by ABC News. The filing ends a seven-year marriage that began after the couple met on a Mormon dating app in 2018 and married a year later. Affleck is pregnant with their fourth child and already shares three children, Nora, Luca and Penelope, with Zac Affleck.
The separation follows previous challenges that were documented on Hulu's reality docuseries "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," where the couple’s brief split after the first season became a storyline in later episodes. Affleck, who also competed on season 34 of "Dancing with the Stars," has spoken publicly about the marriage, describing the couple as young and inexperienced and noting that they continue to work through differences.
Fans noted the couple’s possible issues earlier in the year after Affleck posted a TikTok video without her wedding ring. Affleck remains involved with the franchise, set to appear in the upcoming spin-off "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County," which premieres on Hulu on November 12.
