Hero MotoCorp said its October 2026 domestic dispatches rose 16% year-on-year to 734,566 units, with scooter shipments exceeding 100,000 units and the electric VIDA line delivering more than 30,000 units. Earlier in the month, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India reported a 12.

91% increase in total two-wheel sales to the same 734,566 units, attributing the growth to an 11% rise in domestic sales and a 35% jump in exports. Honda Cars India also posted a 19% rise in domestic car sales for October, although its overall sales fell because of a sharp decline in exports.
