Sembawang to Offer 1,310 BTO Flats in November Sales Exercise
In November, the Housing and Development Board will launch 1,310 Build-To-Order flats in Sembawang North, part of a larger sales exercise that includes 2,875 additional units in Bayshore and Tengah.
A total of 1,310 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats will be available in the new Sembawang North housing estate in November, marking the Housing and Development Board's final sales exercise of 2026. The expected waiting time for these flats is two years and 10 months.
In addition to the Sembawang units, two other projects in Bayshore and Tengah will offer 2,875 flats, which have a waiting time of three years and two months. Overall, the board plans to launch 4,661 flats with waiting times of less than three years in 2026, fulfilling its commitment to introduce over 4,000 such flats this year.
The November sales exercise will also see an increased income ceiling of $16,000 for families and $8,000 for singles. The Sembawang Anchor project will feature a mix of two-room flexi, three-, four-, and five-room flats, along with rental units in one of the six blocks. Amenities planned for the development include a pre-school, an eating house, a supermarket, and shops, with a new neighborhood center and park nearby.
The Bayshore Oasis project, located near Bayshore MRT station, will offer 855 units of two-room flexi and four-room flats across four blocks, including rental flats. Another unnamed Bayshore project will provide 1,640 additional units.
In Tengah, the Plantation Dew project will introduce 710 units, including two-room flexi, three-, four-, and five-room flats, as well as three-generation flats. This project will also feature rental flats and is designed with open concept “white flats,” allowing homeowners to customize their living spaces. The area will include essential amenities and is within walking distance of two upcoming MRT stations on the Jurong Region Line, set to open between 2028 and 2029.
