Sir Ian McKellen paid tribute to Sir Patrick Stewart on 30 October in Los Angeles, recalling their decades-long partnership, NBC News reported. The actor had died two days earlier, on 28 October, at his Los Angeles home from complications of Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy body dementia, the Los Angeles Times reported.
