Norovirus outbreak at Kansas elementary declared over after 95 cases
Health officials said the norovirus outbreak at Bentwood Elementary in Olathe, Kansas, was declared over after no new cases had been reported since Oct. 13. The Johnson County Department of Health and Environment had earlier confirmed the outbreak, reporting 95 cases among students and staff and two additional cases in family members, and had urged hand-washing and isolation measures.
