Bills beat Raiders 33-30 to reach 5-1 record
The Buffalo Bills defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 33-30, improving to 5-1, according to Audacy. Quarterback Josh Allen threw for 255 yards and two touchdowns, and the Bills' defense limited the Raiders to 65 rushing yards. The victory came in Week 6 after Buffalo entered the game looking to exploit the Raiders' poorly ranked run defense, which was missing a key defensive tackle, Syracuse. com reported.
The contest was tied 13-13 at halftime following the ejection of Raiders safety C. J. Gardner-Johnson, with Matt Gay's field goal sealing the tie, NBC Sports said. The win extended Buffalo's streak to seven games and kept the team atop the AFC East despite allowing 30 points for the seventh straight game, Democrat and Chronicle noted.
