Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson missed Wednesday practice due to a hamstring issue, and head coach Jesse Minter said the team will assess his condition before deciding if he will play against the Falcons.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was absent from Wednesday's practice because of a hamstring injury that has raised questions about his availability for the upcoming game against the Atlanta Falcons. Head coach Jesse Minter said the team will not rush a decision and will monitor Jackson's response to treatment in the days ahead.

"It’s Wednesday. There’s a lot of time between now and Sunday," Minter said. "To Lamar’s credit, he’s getting a lot of treatment and doing things. There’ll be a point later in the week where we’ll kinda figure out where it’s at... When he’s ready to play, he’ll be ready to play."

If Jackson is unable to play, backup quarterback Tyler Huntley is expected to start. Huntley finished the second half of the previous week's win over the Tennessee Titans completing eight of nine passes for 63 yards.
