LeBron James and Tyrese Maxey showcase chemistry in Sixers scrimmage

LeBron James and rookie guard Tyrese Maxey combined for an alley-oop dunk during the Philadelphia 76ers' annual Blue and White scrimmage on Saturday. The team also released a clip showing James hitting a three-pointer on a fast-break play.

The event opened with longtime public-address announcer Matt Cord introducing the new starting lineup, which features James alongside former Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown. Brown participated in several actions during the scrimmage as well.

Philadelphia will begin its preseason on Monday against the New York Knicks, and the Sixers are scheduled to face the defending NBA champions again in the season opener on Oct. 20 in New York.
