Catherine Zeta-Jones says she hasn't read Michael Douglas' memoir yet
The actress told the Today show she has not yet read her husband Michael Douglas' new memoir, but recommends it to readers, citing her busy schedule.
Catherine Zeta-Jones appeared on the Today program on October 8 and confirmed she has not read her husband Michael Douglas' memoir, One Helluva Ride, which was released on October 6. She explained that a demanding filming schedule for the series Wednesday, which included seven months in Dublin followed by travel to London and Bilbao, left her with little time for the book. > "And as much as I love my husband, when I'm tired at night, I have no intention of reading about him…at all," Zeta-Jones said. She added that she believes others should read the memoir, describing it as a story that may require a "cowboy hat" to enjoy. The interview also touched on the couple's long-term marriage, with Douglas previously noting that humor, open communication and avoiding absolute language help maintain their relationship. He also recalled an early conversation with Zeta-Jones about golf, which he said helped spark their connection.
