Resumen

Apple plans to introduce a range of new products in October, featuring updates to its Home lineup, several new Mac models and the first foldable iPhone, with pre-orders for the iPhone Duo starting on October 16.

Apple is set to roll out a series of new hardware items in October, beginning with a Home product refresh on Tuesday, Oct. 13. The update is expected to incorporate Siri AI and other Apple Intelligence capabilities into new devices such as an upgraded Apple TV 4K with an A19 or A19 Pro chip and a redesigned Siri Remote, a Home hub with a built-in touchscreen dubbed HomePad, and a second-generation HomePod mini featuring a more powerful processor and audio improvements.

The company also plans to launch several new Mac computers, including a high-end MacBook Pro redesign that will add a touchscreen and OLED display, an updated 14-inch MacBook Pro powered by an M6 chip, and an M6-based iMac offered in additional color options.

In the mobile segment, Apple will begin shipping the iPhone Duo, its first foldable iPhone, after pre-orders open on Oct. 16 and deliveries start on Oct. 23. Bloomberg reports that an upgraded iPad mini with an OLED screen, A20 Pro chip and slimmer bezels may be announced around the same time.

"Pre-orders for the iPhone Duo open on October 16, with the first deliveries scheduled for October 23," a company spokesperson said.

These announcements follow earlier releases this year that included the MacBook Neo, M5-based MacBook Air and high-end M5 MacBook Pros, as well as the recent Mac mini and Mac Studio models.
