clasificó el retiro de tabletas de clortalidona de 25 mg de Inventia Healthcare como una acción de Clase II el 29 de septiembre, después de que pruebas de calidad demostraran que las tabletas no se disolvían adecuadamente. Inventia Healthcare había anunciado un retiro voluntario de 13 567 botellas del medicamento el 17 de septiembre, tras pruebas de la agencia que mostraron que las tabletas no cumplían con los estándares de disolución.
