Mansfield Oil sues KRSM over $4 million unpaid Freedom Fuel gasoline
Mansfield Oil Company sued KRSM Inc. and its president, alleging they stole about $4 million worth of gasoline sold through the Freedom Fuel network promoted by President Donald Trump, in a federal court. The Guardian reported the lawsuit and linked the dispute to discount stations associated with the former president.
Earlier, Fox Business said Mansfield Oil was seeking nearly $4 million for more than 1. 1 million gallons of fuel that the distributor allegedly failed to pay for, and CNBC noted that the court ordered a partial injunction on further deliveries. The lawsuit marks the latest development in the dispute, following the initial filing that claimed unpaid gasoline deliveries and the court's preliminary injunction.
