Brittany Cartwright alleges physical injury and property damage after dispute with Jax Taylor

Court documents and photographs obtained by media outlets show bruising on Brittany Cartwright's knee and leg, as well as a coffee table overturned and an iPad with a cracked screen. Cartwright alleges the injuries and damage occurred during a July 2024 argument with Jax Taylor after he accessed private messages on her iPad. She says Taylor threw furniture, causing the coffee table to strike her knee and break her iPad, and that he threatened further violence. The dispute follows a temporary restraining order that Cartwright secured earlier, citing a history of alleged abuse, threats, and property destruction.
"He threatened to gut me like a fish and said he was going to break more things around the house," Cartwright said in a filing.
