CNN apologizes for using Dolly Parton impersonator photo in death coverage
CNN apologized on 30 August after a photo of Las Vegas tribute performer Kelly Vohnn was mistakenly shown in its coverage of Dolly Parton's death. The network said the image was used in a montage that aired that day. Earlier reports on 25 August noted the mistake.
