All four claims about the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope were partially confirmed. The telescope's $4 billion budget and planned launch on August 30, 2026, aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy were partially confirmed. The claim that the telescope will have a field of view 100 times larger than Hubble was also partially confirmed. Its goals to map dark matter, measure cosmic expansion, and discover thousands of exoplanets were likewise partially confirmed. Finally, the telescope's planned lift-off from Kennedy Space Center was partially confirmed.
