Take-Two files sealed Discord subpoena as GTA VI leak probe deepens
Take-Two Interactive filed a sealed subpoena request with a New York court targeting two Discord users and withdrew a prior subpoena to YouTube as its probe into Grand Theft Auto VI leaks continued. Earlier, the company had issued subpoenas to Microsoft, Google and Discord seeking records to identify the source of a series of unauthorized gameplay videos, including a seventh clip showing a robbery ending outside a strip club.
An anonymous leaker known as Cyberleek posted additional unverified footage, prompting the subpoenas. Meanwhile, Rockstar Games announced that an extended gameplay preview of Grand Theft Auto VI would be streamed on Netflix, followed by a YouTube release and a creator-led impression.
