Albany Woman Charged in ISIS-Inspired Capitol Bomb Plot
Jessica Bowie, a 35-year-old Albany resident, was reported on 21 August to have a documented history of mental-health issues, according to the Times Union, as she faces federal charges for an alleged plot to bomb the New York State Capitol.
