Kim Zolciak's boyfriend seeks court order to limit ex-partner's access to children, estranged wife opposes
Kyle Mowitz asked a judge to reinstate security cameras and bar Kroy Biermann from their children’s residence, while Jillian Green contested the request, noting Biermann’s custody rights.
Kyle Mowitz, the boyfriend of former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak, filed a petition asking a judge to reactivate or install security cameras in the marital home that is occupied solely by his estranged wife, Jillian Green. The filing also seeks to prohibit Kroy Biermann, Zolciak’s ex-husband, from entering the property or having contact with the children.
Green responded in a court filing, arguing that Mowitz has not demonstrated that Biermann poses any danger to the children and noting that Biermann was awarded primary custody in his divorce. She questioned the necessity of additional cameras and the restriction on Biermann’s access.
The dispute follows a subpoena issued to Zolciak by Green, which sought information about gifts Mowitz had given to the reality-TV personality.
"Kyle has not shown that Kroy is a danger to the kids," Green wrote in her filing.
The case highlights ongoing tensions among the parties as they navigate custody and privacy concerns.
