Kim Zolciak's boyfriend files court petition to limit ex-husband's access amid son's felony case
According to TMZ, on 27 August Kyle Mowitz, boyfriend of reality-TV personality Kim Zolciak, asked a judge in Alpharetta, Georgia, to reinstate security cameras at the children’s residence and to bar Kroy Biermann from the home, while Jillian Green contested the request, noting Biermann’s custody rights. Earlier, Zolciak said she was worried about her boyfriend’s children after Biermann was seen kissing his partner Jillian Green, as reported by Page Six. In mid-August, her 15-year-old son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.
was arrested and charged as an adult with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, a development covered by multiple outlets. A week later, Biermann was photographed picking up his 14-year-old son from football practice in Alpharetta. Zolciak later asserted that her son denied the charges and passed a polygraph test, citing Yahoo, and she was seen dining with her younger son while the older remained incarcerated, per TMZ.
