Neighbor says she called police multiple times on Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend
After the actress's death, a West Hollywood neighbor said she repeatedly contacted police about concerns involving her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson.
A West Hollywood resident who lived near the late actress reported that she called law enforcement several times about her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson. The neighbor, identified as Mia Terrazas, told Inside Edition that she felt unsafe around Hickerson, describing incidents where he allegedly damaged the actress's bathroom with a sledgehammer early in the morning. She said she kept a concealed firearm because of her fear.
Authorities have confirmed that Panettiere, 36, was found unresponsive in a South Carolina apartment and that an apparent overdose was involved, though a definitive cause of death has not been released. Police have ruled out foul play in the preliminary investigation and noted that Hickerson was present at the location where she was found.
Terrazas also observed a change in the actress's demeanor when she was with Hickerson compared with when she was alone.
