Former neighbor says she called 911 repeatedly after hearing disturbances at Hayden Panettiere's apartment

Resumen

A former West Hollywood neighbor alleges repeated 911 calls and signs of possible domestic violence involving actress Hayden Panettiere and boyfriend Brian Hickerson, while authorities continue investigating the actress's death.

A former neighbor of actress Hayden Panettiere said she placed multiple 911 calls after hearing repeated disturbances from the actress's West Hollywood apartment. The neighbor, identified as Mia Terrazzas, told reporters she believed the incidents indicated domestic violence and recalled seeing Panettiere being taken away on a gurney during a prior event, describing the actress as appearing frightened and possibly injured.

Terrazzas also said the building’s homeowners association briefly posted notices urging residents to call 911 if they saw boyfriend Brian Hickerson on the property, but the signs were removed about a week later. She alleged that Hickerson once used a sledgehammer to damage a bathroom in the apartment.

Panettiere’s memoir, released earlier this year, detailed previous abuse by Hickerson, who served 45 days in jail in 2021 after pleading no contest to two felony counts of injuring her. Police investigations into the actress’s death, which occurred in a South Carolina townhouse, remain ongoing. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has not yet determined a cause or manner of death, noting no obvious signs of trauma, though officials have discussed the possibility of an overdose or cardiac arrest. The Drug Enforcement Administration has joined the inquiry.

Panettiere’s mother, Lesley Vogel, recently criticized Hickerson, stating she had long wanted him removed from her daughter’s life. Filmmaker Griff Furst also commented that Hickerson’s visit to Panettiere on a film set made it clear she was not okay.
