Russian strike destroys WHO warehouse in Dnipro, half of supplies lost
The Kyiv Independent reported that a Russian missile strike on Dnipro destroyed a World Health Organization storage facility, wiping out roughly half of the 300 medical pallets stored there while staff managed to rescue about 130 pallets. The attack came amid a series of overnight Russian missile and drone strikes across Ukraine that killed dozens of civilians, including at least 17 people in Kyiv and its suburbs, and injured many more, according to Ukrainian officials. The wave of attacks has underscored a critical shortage of Patriot interceptor missiles, a concern voiced earlier by President Volodymyr Zelensky and other officials.
