YouTube Premium to Offer Peacock Premium at No Additional Charge Starting Early 2027
YouTube Premium subscribers in the United States will receive ad-supported Peacock Premium for free beginning early 2027, with an optional upgrade to the ad-free tier.
YouTube Premium plans in the United States will include Peacock Premium, the ad-supported tier of NBCUniversal’s streaming service, at no extra cost beginning early 2027. Peacock Premium normally costs $11 per month or $110 annually, while YouTube Premium prices were raised in June to $16 for an individual subscription and $27 for a family plan.
"YouTube users will be able to sign up for Peacock Premium as an add-on via YouTube Primetime Channels starting sometime this summer," the companies said, noting that Peacock Premium Plus, the ad-free version, has been available as an add-on since last month.
The bundle is part of a broader partnership between YouTube and NBCUniversal, which includes live streaming of certain sports events on the NBC Sports YouTube channel and upcoming bundle offerings for Universal+ and Hayu in other markets.
